• Welcome to Georges British Mechanics Website

  We are directly behind Iceland's superstore in Torrevieja, We serve all surrounding areas of Torrevieja and offer a free collection and delivery service of your vehicle within a 15 Kilometre radius leaving you in most circumstances a free courtesy car, yes, completely free, all we ask is that you replenish the fuel! • Our Workshop

  We have a fully equipped workshop to cater for your every motoring requirement including ITV's (MOT's) taking the headache out of doing it yourself, we offer a pre ITV check which is free if you book a service with us at the same time. We are very proud of our full services on cars, We don´t just say we replace every service part, we actually do! We do major engine, gearbox and clutch repairs, we repair every make and model of car, vans including transits as well as modern and classic motorcycles including scooters, please visit our repair and motorbike pages above to see a full list of services that we offer.

• Beware the "Cowboy Mechanics" here in Spain

  Did you know that mobile mechanics are illegal as its an offence to fix cars at roadside? this is why you have a free Grua (Breakdown Service) with your Spanish insurance, just give your insurance company a call, most of them have English speakers and advise them you would like your vehicle brought to us, the wait is between 20-40 minutes and you will not be charged for the service, in fact the Grua can sometimes repair minor faults at roadside, if you breakdown at the weekend or late at night they will take your car to their compound and deliver it to us the following day, you do not have to accompany your car.
